Hi My client sent payment in bitritex.com site. I didn't know much about bitcoin he said you can withdraw easily. When I started withdraw the support team asked me 0.01 btc to verify my external wallet.after depoist they asked me to deposit 0.01 btc again for insurance premium because I belong to Pakistan. After submitting that btc they are asking again btc . I have wallet access but I can't withdraw amount and transfer can anyone help me in this matter and help to hack my wallet to withdraw btc.

Saliha Hello! There is nothing on their user agreement page that explicitly requires you to deposit any amount to verify yourself. The only thing I could find was this: 4.16 If registration term of User's account is less then 1 month, and he received more than 15 BTC or the same value in other currencies - he should buy VIP account. Until he make this purchasing his account should be limited in withdrawing. Usual price of VIP account is 0.5 BTC or the same value in other currencies. I am pretty sure a 14-year old wrote this clause. They forget that 0.5 BTC equals $18,000+ (according to the current market price). I don't think anyone in their right mind will be willing to pay $18,000 for a VIP account. This is absurd! 😆 The best part about their user agreement page is that they added few lines to justify what they are doing is legal and other than that it is mostly generated content. You should have checked this and asked them questions before depositing any money. By the way, what amount of BTC did you receive or deposit in total? Since you clearly did not agree to any part where you are required to deposit to verify yourself, you can scare them by faking to take legal action. They have already made their information public so I am sure they will be forced to comply. Just don't mention the part that you are from Pakistan, and you will be good to go. I am only giving you my opinion. You should contact a professional and ask them how to deal with this if the amount is worth the trouble.

Hey bitritex.com is a scam website, I have been looking for a platform to say this. finally I found here. They have been around for a while now. It's quiet unfortunate for you man. You can email me here: benlukas24@gmail.com , or you can reply me here. I don't know how this website works tho, hope it has an encrypted format of sending and receiving messages but I'm actually gonna guide you in a legal way to get it sort out. But it's gonna take some time to happen. You just have to be a little patience. I did recovered mine tho. Will be gladly waiting for your message

I just got scammed too, may i ask you how they tricked you into depositing? someone asked me if i could withdraw his BTC on this exchange. I submited KYC / ID too, im frightened now. Please help me out guys. I am normally tech savy and i thought first this looks like a scam but why does no one delete this website or do something against it ? The one which asked me to withdraw his BTC even paid 1200 USD into this website so i dont get it. He might just donated to his wallet. He showed me proof where he withdrawed as a screenshot, not the transaction TX but yeah. Im pretty confused right now..
